Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Scalpicin Gel:Mild, temporary stinging; skin irritation or dryness.
TopSevere allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); infection; itching, burning, pain, redness, or swelling of the skin not present before using Scalpicin Gel; skin thinning and discoloration.
