Contains formalin inactivated cultures of Aeromonas salmonicida, Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio ordalii and Vibrio salmonicida in liquid emulsion with an oil-based adjuvant.

Lipogen Triple Indications

As an aid to the prevention of Furunculosis, Vibriosis and Cold Water Vibriosis by injection of healthy salmonids.

Lipogen Triple Dosage And Administration

This bacterin has been shown to be safe and effective when administered by manual intraperitoneal injection to Atlantic salmon 10 g or larger. Vaccination should precede exposure of vaccinates to the disease agent by 400 degree-days (number of days multiplied by the mean water temperature (°C) during period).

Fish are anaesthetized to immobilize and given a 0.2 mL injection intraperitoneally. Warming of the vaccine by leaving at room temperature overnight (15-20°C) may facilitate injection.

Precaution(s)

Shake well before using.

Store between 2-7°C (35-45°F). Do not freeze.

Use entire contents when first opened.

Vaccinate healthy fish only.

Warning(s)

Do not vaccinate within 60 days of slaughter.

If accidental injection of the operator occurs, the operator should discontinue activity and seek medical advice immediately.
