The actress featuring in the Skyrizi commercials, "Heart of the City", “Day in the City” and “Downtown Getaway”, first aired on October 12, 2021, is Dana Deggs, born February 9th 1996 in Miami, Florida, USA. She has also appeared in several movies, notably Due Diligence (2008), Class Act (2010) and The Naked Brothers Band (2007).

Skyrizi is an interleukin inhibitor that may be used to reduce inflammation associated plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, or Crohn's disease in adults. The usual dosage is 150mg every 12 weeks consisting of two 75mg subcutaneous injections and people can be taught how to self-administer. Upper respiratory tract infections, headache, and fatigue are the most commonly reported side effects.
